The Perpetual Presence of Christ

I am with you always, even to the end of the age” Matthew 28:20

We are in the Christmas season. What does that mean? Because of Bethlehem, we have a Savior in heaven. Christmas begins what Easter celebrates. The babe in the manger became the King on the cross. And because He did, there are no marks on my record, just grace.

There is no fine print in Jesus’s offer. He didn’t tell me “Clean up before you come in.” He offered, “Come in and I’ll clean you up.” It is not my grip on Jesus that matters but His grip on me and His grip is sure and so is his presence in our life.

Christmas presents from Santa, that’s nice. But the perpetual presence of Christ, that’s life changing!

Have you let the presence of Christ change your life?
