My soul still remembers

Lamentations 3:20-26

My soul still remembers and sinks within me. This I recall to my mind therefore I have hope… The hope we have is found in 22-26 .The change in mind and attitude was a result of remembering the past sin and being thankful for forgiveness. I just had a conversation on the phone with a guy I knew over 50 years ago, at first I did not want to call him and bring up the past memories, they were not the good old days. But God told me to call anyways, and I was glad I did. God had redeemed Steve just like He had done for me. Steve and his wife are living for Jesus now.

We shared our testimonies and prayed together thanking God for is great love, compassion, faithfulness, and mercy. The depth of our sin causes the light of His love to shine even brighter. Selah
