“Seeking the Lord”

2 Chronicles 15: 1 thru 4

“Now the Spirit of God came upon Azariah the son of Oded. And he went out to meet Asa, and said to him: “Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin. The LORD is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you. “For a long time Israel has been without the true God, without a teaching priest, and without law; “but when in their trouble they turned to the LORD God of Israel, and sought Him, He was found by them.”

This is a promise we find given to us by God throughout the scriptures - seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. Deuteronomy 4:29. Those who truly sought after God with all their hearts with every intent of there being (their Soul), The promise is - He - God will be found by them - the one who is seeking. I encourage you to not give up, even in our times of blessings to continue to seek Him. Even in our times of despair, doubt, and hopelessness seek Him with all your heart, He will be found by you. He is waiting for you, He desires to be close to you, to commune with you, to speak to you, to lead you, and guide you. You will find Him in His Word, the Bible, it is there you will hear His voice; The voice of the one true God. Hebrews 11:6 says “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. The reward we get is Him, His presence, His word, His fellowship, His Friendship, His heart, and His perspective. He is God, He knows all and He loves you - Seek Him - He will be found by you
