Primary Work of the Holy Spirit

To teach that the filling of the Holy Spirit is given to the Christian to provide power for service is true, but it’s not the whole truth. The power to serve is not the Christian’s first duty. The primary work of the Holy Spirit is to restore the lost soul to intimate fellowship with God through the washing of regeneration. God wants worshipers before workers. God is not hard up for workers, He doesn’t just press anyone into service. God is looking for holiness, intimacy, and worship first. God wants worshipers before workers. These are really the only acceptable workers, those who have put holiness and spiritual worship first before service.
