In this season of hope, peace and love we can be eternally grateful for all that we have. In this year of 2020 how fortunate are we to have Jesus Christ in our lives? Our congregation has so much love and able to bring fellowship to so many. Please reach out to others in our congregation who you haven’t seen or been able to speak to. We all need a voice if we are not able to reach out and touch them.
In Isaiah 9:2 it reads: “The people who walk in darkness will see a great light. For those who live in a land of deep darkness a light will shine.”
On the very first Christmas night, so many years ago, a light so piercing, so pure and so bright came down from the heavens. This majestic completely perfect light brings hope to the weary, peace to the anguished and hurting and love to the broken. Our world is attempting to be strangled in the darkness and the shadows, but the one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, has come into the world and his name is Jesus.
Our fellowship with each other and our ability to reach out to so many who are not part of our congregation is so very important. We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His love. We believe that the worship of God is fruitful. Praise, lift up and pause today and everyday for the great light that God brought to us.
