Have you ever wondered where is God as Jesus was on the cross:

(Mark 15: 33-34) Now when the sixth hour had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” which is translated, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”
Sometimes we cry out the same thing God where are you? why have you left me? I have personal experience with that emotion, many years ago my mother was suffering with diabetes she had had several stints in the hospital, she lost a leg, was loosing her eye sight,  suffered two strokes and her kidneys were failing,  I remember driving to Los Angeles to see her in the hospital. The hardest part was seeing her deteriorate and she would try to act like all was ok,  I left the hospital one day praying “God why is my mother going through this PLEASE HEAL HER,  GIVE US MORE TIME WITH HER. A couple of days later I was at work and my dad called to tell me that my mom had passed. I drove home to get ready to go to my dads house to meet up with the rest of my family, I had thought God had forsaken me,  I was thinking prayer does not work and there is no GOD.
I spent several years feeling that way, falling into abusing alcohol, drugs and not caring for anyone, it was all about what I wanted,  Until July 19th 1998 God got ahold of my heart,  my wife and I accepted Jesus that day. He freed us from bondage of alcohol and we poured it all down the drain that same day, our lives were changed,  it was a couple of months later I felt God speak to me in my heart saying “I healed your mother, just not the way you wanted, she is with Me in Glory!” So prayer does work, there IS a God who loves and cares for us. He sees the beginning to the end and we just need to listen and trust that His ways are above what we can imagine our understand. And ultimately He will NEVER LEAVE OR FORSAKE YOU!
